announce they have received shareholder approval at the Company's
annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on
June 20, 2024 (the "Meeting")
for their fixed stock option plan (the "Stock Option
Plan"), subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange
(the "TSXV"). The Stock Option Plan is the same as the
previous stock option plan, however the Company has increased the
number of common shares available for issuance under the Stock
Option Plan to 4,093,264 common shares. The aggregate number of
common shares that may be reserved for issuance under the Stock
Option Plan must not exceed 20% of the issued and outstanding
common shares of the Company as at the date of the Meeting.
