What I want to see most short term is back to solicited quotes or whatever it's called. Right now we don't have a market maker making a market for us. I think we'd have more liquidity. Mentally it's hard to buy the ask even though it's a killer deal, when the bid is less than half.

Increasing the authorized Preferred Shares is signaling that more shares will be eventually issued which in turn will lead to preferred's being converted to common shares (dilution).  

When (not if) that happens is anybody's guess. Could be years from now but it will happen.
