AXA Private Equity, a unit of French insurance company AXA SA (CS.FR) and Permira funds completed the EUR450 million acquisition of on-line travel agency Opodo Group from Amadeus IT Holdings SA (AMS.MC), AXA Private Equity said in a statement Friday.

AXA said the funds will merge Opodo with eDreams and GO Voyages, two other on-line travel agencies they already owned, the statement said.
