I'm not stupid so I don't buy into scams and hold losses for years like the typical CBDW investor.
Because you can't debate on company performance you have to attack me. It's expected. That's what losing pink sheet shareholders do, and it's a sign of your weakness and lack of understanding.
Like for instance the fact that you don't even attempt to prove my statement on the new OTC classification, or the child CEO's $3 million in compensation, wrong. You can't because I am right, so you have no option but to attack me. When I see you attack me, it's a compliment. It means you lost!
Whether I own shares or not does impact whether CBDW is a scam. Can you understand that? Having said that, I am happy you are here and happy you own this. Justice will be to watch the continuation and growing losses... .just like your ECGI disaster. Who's fault were your losses there?

"Very interesting" that today's "something's brewing" pump (a classic top 10 in the pinks), along with the groundbreaking PR today (lol), has resulted in, with less than an hour to go of trading, a 10% down day. The entire day's trading is less than $1000!!! LOL
THIS is the reason I follow these scams.... entertainment!
Can you imagine what today would be like if it wasn't for the "great news" PR and the "somethings brewing"? lol
As always, bullish words mean nothing. BUYING is what moves a stock. Are you really bullish? Then buy and show us! Simple, post the order info that you will be placing, then post the results within 10 minutes of the order filling. Show us ALL that you are more than empty optimistic words! It's a challenge that no pumper will accept!

I've never seen a more obvious sign of a scam. An outright lie, or 1/4 truth, at best, presented as a "uplisting"! Disgusting.
ALL pink sheet stocks that are current in reporting will move out of pink sheet status, into at least, OTCID Basic classification, like CBDW, on July 1. There will be no more pinks sheets beginning July 1. This change for CBDW has NOTHING to do with the company's "progress". Instead it is due to OTC creating a new list of tiers, with CBDW being in the lowest, of course.

In July 2025, Pink Current will cease to exist. The OTCID Basic Market is for companies that meet a minimal current information standard and provide management certification, without the qualitative standards of our OTCQX and OTCQB markets.
In other words, the new classifications are OTCQX, OTCQB, which are the slightly more stringent classifications. Those companies that don't meet this criteria, like CBDW, will be put on the lowest of the new OTC classifications, OTCID Basic.
If anyone thinks this CBDW PR is good news, then you deserve the losses coming to you for not understanding basic investing.

Yes, companies will spend on generative AI. A ridiculous assumption would be to then to simply say that means any decent amount is going to flow to CBDW.
You already have AI bots that you've supposedly had for sale over a year and a half, for which they even cut the price. Despite all that, revenue for the last 3 quarters was $0!!! Want to discuss the AI bot market size, and then you can tell me why a dollar of that hasn't even gone to CBDW?
What's funny is that these weak PRs about the market size while saying nothing about CBDW's RESULTS in this area, shows an INTELLIGENT investor that CBDW is a scam. If you want to say that in the pinks this will fool people, I won't argue that point, but, I want to hear that from you!

Wouldn't you think after seeing this happen over and over and over and over in CBDW and in other pink sheet scams, that once, even once, investors with long term losing positions would learn and dump shares on rare up days, and post that they sold out, instead of gloating about the temporary gains?
You HAVE to know by now, big up days are good times to sell and not gloat, right? But instead, more celebration.
Now what happens ALWAYS in garbage like this? Usually in only a few days, the "rally" is undone, and here we are a day later, down 30%. I'm guessing the "great buys" from 2 days ago won't be discussed with the current price.
This insanity is why I follow garbage like this. You people amaze me!

1Q Financials! How is it possible that not a single shareholder has even acknowledged that the 1Q25 financials are out? It's almost as if pink sheet shareholders don't care about financials!
Well our boy Austen has turned in another stellar quarter!
How much revenue did all these great AI bots bring into the company, even after lowering the price? Guess! ZERO $ REVENUE That's okay, right?
How much cash does our boy have now? $285! Well done!
But, just like all scams, they are great at producing their #1 product, SHARES!
O/S are now 139,620,930 thanks to the addition this quarter of about 27 MILLION new shares! That's well OVER 20% DILUTION in just this quarter!
Yet still after selling all those shares, our boy is left with only $285 in cash! How is this going to pay for Austen's next trip to a conference? Oh the humanity!
Those that invest to help scams deserve losses as punishment, and that is happening and will continue to happen to shareholders!
