Management has recently changed and was unable to obtain certain of the business information necessary to complete the preparation of the Company’s Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2015, and to complete the review of the report by the Company’s auditors, in time for filing. Such information is required in order to prepare a complete filing. As a result of this delay the Company is unable to file its interim report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company expects to file within the extension period as permitted by Rule 1b-25.
