Gary,

Here's an interesting article on climate change.

As far as climate control, China & India are the top polluters of this world. All the clean energy implemented here is just a drop in the bucket! China & India must implement clean energy for it to be effective. Our country has the cleanest water and air compared to other countries. My concern is the electrical grid. It can’t handle all of the EV’s . They need to fix it in order for the transition to EV’s. Trump will be great for companies producing products here in our nation. Coretec will have better chance of funding too. Yes man has polluted the world. But all countries must participate in order to clean it up. But that is easier said than done. Ultimately Christ is in control of history despite global warming.

There's a story of a man in a flood who drown, first he was approached by a fire engine, but said the Lord will rescue me, then men in a boat, same reply, finally a helicopter when he was on the roof. On arriving in heaven he asked, Lord, why didn't you rescue me. The resounding answer was, I sent the firetruck, the boat, and finally the helicopter, what more could I do.

You can believe in the Lord, and I do to, but he's provided the tools. It's us who've polluted the planet and accelerated these naturally occurring phenomena. Yes, the earth has cycles, the earth has magnetic reversals, but it's man who's been given the tools to possibly survive through the worst the world may throw at us. My point is, we need to be using the tools our senses tell us are needed.

We may not be able to stop global warming at this time, or an ice age sometime in the future for that matter, the point is, if we're accelerating it, we may not be able to deal properly with it. If we slow it down to a more natural pace, with a lot of work nearly all of us should be able to survive it.

I'm very much a senior, I'll be fine, but I am concerned about my kids, and beyond them where we'd be 100 years from now. I suspect a lot of changes should be made, the question is whether we make them or let nature destroy much of what we've built.

Giant 3-D printers could virtually build concrete and steel structures that would stand up to hurricane, fire, etc. yet we continue to build stick framed structures that will hold up to practically nothing. They're actually talking about sending such 3-D printers to the moon to build structures there utilizing largely material available there, and they'd do it automatically. Shouldn't we be changing the laws to use such construction here. Instead we keep building, and nature keeps taking them down because of how we build.

Gen 8:22
"While the earth remaineth, H3117 seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease."

"remaineth," H3117 Strongs Concordance transliteration yĂ´m = continually
We have a responsibility to take care of the environment, but we (mankind) are not going to destroy the earth. God = Elohim in the Hebrew "created" the earth and He has already stated what will happen to it. Climate change is cyclical and will continue to be so until the Lord = Yahweh "covenant keeping" God returns.

I won't fight with those here, but the Democrats, and policies that fight climate change, have done far more for clean electric power than Republicans denial that climate change is real. Trump has only agreed that electric vehicles could be a good thing since Musk pumped in $$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Yes indeed but voters need to elect Trump for this to happen in this nation. If Harris wins then China wins! China is building EV manufacturing plant in Mexico! This will devastate our auto industry! Trump will put tariffs on China’s electric cars This will stop the devastating effects of China’s EV plant in Mexico. Trump will save this economy & borders. Businesses will prosper with reduced taxes! Producing jobs in response. Vote everyone with your wallet! Vote to save this nation……..

From the March shareholder meeting:
Keep in mind that CRTG had funds to continue through March 2024 and the merger was already planned before the shareholders meeting.

“ That brings us to the 2024 priorities. And our first priority was to increase our lab base, which we were able to do without increasing our rent cost. This expansion is critical as we now need to move from coin cells to pouch cell formations. Pouch cells are widely used in a number of applications that we are pursuing.”
“ In addition to bullding bigger batteries, we look to scale up our anode material synthesis capabilities and be able to provide our partners with kilograms of material for evaluation this year. At this stage of Endurion, we have an engaged scientific team, strong data, prototypes, and are adding the ability to scale. We couldn't be in a better spot to secure development funding for this initiative, and we will be aggressive in this pursuit and drive to make Endurion a self-sustaining business unit.
Our minimum target for Endurion this year is a 1-amp/hour pouch cell with greater than 350 watt/ hours per kilogram of energy density. I'm confident that the continued advancement and energy density results of this Endurion, combined with the merger with Coreoptics, will solidify our partnership and financial goals for this coming year.”

Coretec could give a general PR stating that everything is on track. No company partnerships named by Coretec. I think they are still testing Endurion. Coretec used this summer getting this merger done. They weren’t near completing battery testing of Endurion this past summer. They ran out of money period. Endurion hasn’t received any certifications yet! We will be lucky to see it commercialized next year. Then all of those shares will not be locked up! ……

I would think that if they wished, they could set up their fiscal year to begin October 1st. I don't know if it would give them more time, as technically the next report would be an Annual Report, but regardless, it might be a smart way to get this started. Normally the quarterly would be due by the end of the first week in November.

Management is probably waiting till after the end of the quarter which ends Monday to give out any info . They may want to get their 3rd quarter financial business dealings so they can share that with the public , shareholders analysis etc which may help the company to get some good exposure. I would think they would do a shareholder call as well . I think it's best to be able to give a 3rd quarter overview . I bet they had a good quarter. That's what investors and potential investors and analyst want to know

While conducting R&D on silicon anode material, they (Coretec) discovered a new IP using an advanced coding methodology that can be used in other battery materials and non-battery applications, such as battery cathode materials.
That is why I mentioned this article about Hyundai and Kia. This new IP discovery might be used for the cathode synthesis process.

This is a quote from a different article about Hyundai and Kia.
“LFP battery cathode materials are generally produced by adding lithium to precursor materials like phosphate and iron sulfate. The South Korean vehicle manufacturers and their technology partners want to use the direct synthesis process, which simultaneously adds phosphate, iron (fe) powder and lithium without having to create a separate precursor. Hyundai says, in its statement on the project, that its approach of direct synthesis eliminates the precursor production step, reducing hazardous substance emissions during manufacturing and lowering prosecution costs.”

I may be wrong, but I believe CRTG is primarily concerned with the anode and designing it in a way to work with LFP and NMC cathodes. The Endurion project was already progressing into the pouch cell development and testing phase. CRTG is not trying to market an EV battery. CRTG is primarily concerned with utilizing the active anode material as a “drop in” solution to increasing energy density, cycling time, and shorter recharge times.

Test Pilot & Gunny
Don’t you think that Coretec would announce that Endurion battery was completed? Wouldn’t Coretec announce that the Endurion battery was being used in Hyundai & Kia EV’s? I don’t think that the battery is completed currently. It’s been a little over 1 month since ceo spoke to investors. Endurion was still being tested at that time. Even if Hyundai/kia had a sample of the battery, I would think that they would test it in their EV’s for at least 6months. I hope that I’m wrong…..

Here’s the quote made in the shareholder meeting in March from Matt Hoffman about using LFP and NMC cathode materials

Page 8 half way down:

“Our full-cell batteries have been fabricated utilizing two of the most widely adopted cathode materials, both LFP and NMC. Strong data results from Endurion and our focused to be a drop-in anode material, which combined with known cathode materials will make Endurion commercially successful as we go forward.”

I definitely see a potential connection. The LFP cathode was discussed by CRTG before and Hyundai Motor Co. and Kia Corp are currently working with CRTG for CCM calibration. We should get an update soon if in fact Endurion is involved with this.

We have been more focused on the silicon anode part of the battery.
In the last e-mail, they stated, “In fact, the Core Optics management team is currently hosting discussions with leading Korean cathode and battery developers, showing the diversity of and interest in advancing Endurion.”
It seems to me that Endurion battery technology is more than just silicon anode.

It's just a speculation on my part, but could this article have something to do with Coretec?

“Hyundai-Kia-battery material

SEOUL, Sept. 26 (Yonhap) -- Hyundai Motor Co. and Kia Corp., South Korea's leading automotive companies, said Thursday they have launched a joint project to develop cathode material technology for producing LFP (lithium iron phosphate) batteries for electric vehicles.”
https://en.yna.co.kr/view/AEN20240926001900320

In the Coretec Group Shareholder Call on March 14, 2024, they stated, “This work has also led to new innovations, specifically new IP in the form of an advanced coding methodology that will be utilized for Endurion and has the ability to be used in other battery materials and non-battery applications. We specifically wanted to call out this patent filing as it will be the primary asset that is underlying future licensing of this technology and value to the company as we go forward.”
https://investors.thecoretecgroup.com/static-files/74f2b7ef-845f-4b02-8b8c-51a8370ef2ce

In an e-mail on 04/16/2024, they stated, “The Endurion team’s work has achieved new IP in the form of an advanced coating methodology that can extend beyond just battery applications, which will be a major asset in the future licensing of the technology as well as the overall value of the Company.”
https://us6.campaign-archive.com/?u=ee4e8a3402a98572c5757cc61&id=a6e00f813a

And in the Patent # US-20240128439-A1, phosphate is mentioned a lot.

I believe we're due for at least some good news, and perhaps it will be great news.

I noticed all the battery manufacturers listed in the article are using micro particles, not nano particles like Endurion is. The other companies listed also are not utilizing an artificial Solid Electrolyte Interphase (SEI) like Endurion is. Nano particles and the artificial SEI are what separates Endurion’s superior active anode material from the other technologies currently in use with other companies
