CuraScientific, Corp. (the “Company”) is not in a position to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) in a timely manner because the Company cannot complete the Form 10-Q in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense. As a result, the Company is still in the process of compiling the required information to complete the Quarterly Report. The Company intends to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
