Tucker, EPIC's president, announced “EPIC has a joint venture agreement with Salem Sleep Systems of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, to provide marketing and sales for the AcuFAB products. EPIC after the successful Exchange Offer has prepare and filed a 15c2-11 with a broker/dealer to obtain approval to trade its Preferred Stock.”

The principals of that company are knowledgeable and experienced persons who about a year ago gave up retirement in start their new business. They are currently importing memory foam pillows from Switzerland that can be machine washed and dried. They also sell domestically and internationally proprietary portable wood bed frames, Within a little more than six months their business has produced purchase orders of approximately $3,000,000 in pillows and portable wood bed frames,” further stated Mr. Tucker. “They will be integrating their pillows with our AcuFAB products. They are leading the way for our future growth.”

The joint venture will be conducted through a North Carolina limited liability company on a 50-50 basis. Salem Sleep Systems will be providing the marketing and sales effort with support staff will be directed to suppliers and retailers and EPIC will be providing the AcuFAB products.
