CLEARWATER, Fla., Jan. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tecton Corporation (TTNC) (the "Company") announced that has received approvals from a majority of the shareholders to change its name from "Tecton Corporation" to "Endurance Explorations Group, Inc."

Subject to FINRA and other regulatory approvals, the Company expects the name change to become effective on or about January 24, 2014.

The Company expects to receive a new ticker symbol in conjunction with the name change.
