Flameret, Inc. (OTCBB: FLRE) (www.flameret.com), a leading provider of flame retardant products to various industries, today announced the signing of a distribution agreement with Universal of Gibraltar. Commenting on this announcement, Christopher Glover, CEO of Flameret, stated "This is one of the most significant events to occur in our Company's young history. Universal's agents have a 14-year history of providing quality services to the Marine and Cruise industry, and we feel that our products will enhance that quality for years to come. They estimate their current users' expenditure is $100m per annum on fire protection products and services such as Flameret."

Mr Glover went on to add, "In addition to signing this agreement, which will commence shortly, we have regained our listing on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board by filing all of our financial reporting's with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Changing our auditor, along with restating some earnings from 2010, caused the delay, but we are now fully compliant with The Bulletin Board's requirements for listing. With our new distribution agreement in place, and all of our filings current, we can now resume our focus on growing Flameret, and restoring shareholder value. Those two items have always been our priorities, and we are committed to fulfilling those goals."

This initiates Flameret's strategic initiative to capitalize on the largely fragmented flame retardant market by establishing an exclusive, specialty distribution network that will provide international sales coverage for the Flameret line of products. This Distributor has been selected based on their sales record, their synergistic product mix, and their focus and commitment to providing their customers with the safest, most reliable products available.
