Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FMBV) announced that it has completed
the acquisition of Pure Water Solutions, Inc. ("Pure Water"), a
direct store delivery (DSD) beverage enterprise.
Pure Water services over 1,100 DSD accounts on Long Island, New
York. This acquisition gives FMBV a grassroots focus and
marketing plan of bringing exciting new beverages to consumers. In
2009, Pure Water was responsible for the introduction of V-Blast, a
vitamin infused specialty water beverage, in Long Island, New
York. Peter Frazzetto, will
be the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Christopher Mollica will become the company's
President and Paul Dua will become
Vice President. Mr. Frazzetto and Mr. Mollica will also join the
company's board of directors.
