John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS), disclosed today that the business of AeroQuest Technologies, of which he is also President and Chief Executive Officer and a major shareholder, will operate its business as a division of GRPS. The Company will initially focus its marketing efforts in the marine, recreation vehicle, utility trailer, truck body and photovoltaic roof segments of the market. AeroQuest Technologies main offices are in Salt Lake City and it is in the process of securing a turn-key, state of the art, 210,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Kansas.

AeroQuest Technologies is also in the process of interviewing auditors relative to the Company filing a form 10-sb for listing as a fully reporting company. In the interim, it will file all disclosures necessary on OTC Pink Sheets.com to inform investors of its financial and general business information. It is anticipated that these filings will be completed by June 1, 2010.
