John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions (PINKSHEETS: GRPS) Inc., disclosed today that a new Issuer Agreement has been submitted to OTC-Pink Sheets. "Gold River Productions (PINKSHEETS: GRPS) has not filed financial data with OTC-Pink Sheets since the first quarter of 2008," reported Mr. Ohlin.

"Our filing today is the first step towards becoming a fully reporting company. When we receive our RSA device from OTC-Pink Sheets next week we will upload our 2009 and first quarter 2010 (unaudited) financial results along with an Attorney's Opinion letter," said Mr. Ohlin. An audit of the Company's books is expected to be completed by early July.

Gold River Productions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS) recently completed the acquisition of AeroQuest Technologies; the 2007 Stoel-Rives sponsored Utah Innovations Award as the technology of the year in the materials/chemicals division of the awards. The Company's technology consists of the manufacture of light weight, extremely strong, thermoplastic, composite panels that can be formed into a wide variety of products for many large commercial markets.

The Company will initially focus its marketing efforts in the marine, recreation vehicle, utility trailer, truck body and photovoltaic roof segments of the market.
