Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On November 21, 2023, Hongchang International Co., Ltd (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to disclose that the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment (the “Amendment”) to its Articles of Incorporation with Nevada's Secretary of State to change its name from “Heyu Biological Technology Corporation” to “Hongchang International Co., Ltd.” 

 

The Company also requested to change its OTC Markets ticker symbol from “HYBT” to “HCIL”, which was approved by FINRA and took effect as of November 28, 2023.
