LIFT Networks, a division of International Card Establishment, Inc. (OTCBB: ICRD), today announced the release of VT (Virtual Terminal), a Windows-based application program which enables retailers to issue their own private labeled gift and loyalty cards, as well as to provide them with the ability to mine their customers' purchase and demographic information. VT, which runs over the internet, allows retailers to use LIFT Networks' Promotional Tender application -- gift and rewards cards and associated services -- and provides a marketing campaign management solution to enable retailers to keep connected with their customers.

LIFT Networks also announced the launch of its new Integrated Solutions Division (ISD), which will make available a developer's version of VT to point-of-sale (POS) software integrators and developers, marketing, pr and advertising firms, internet service providers and e-commerce solutions to develop their own custom applications programs. The programs created by outside developers and marketers will offer retailers seamless integration to POS software and e-commerce applications to process alternative payments with gift and loyalty. ISD will also provide new marketing solutions and promotion tools for internet search engines and online national and local store directories such as Yahoo! and Google. Expanding the reach of LIFT Networks Promotional Tender application through LIFT's ISD program will leverage visibility and generate new sales for retailers throughout the U.S.
