$DKSC - I spoke to the Transfer Agent. Unable to verify since company in process of changing. Said it is a 3 week process. Also confirmed company should be able to fix Nevada issue fast and company is responsible to be fully transparent to shareholders especially the CEO. - GLTA

If it turns out to be fraudulent like the tweet says, i hope they catch the culprit behind the filing. But Nevada Secretary of State website should have a way of safeguarding from people making fake filings.

You should really verify your sources and read an entire document before posting potentially damaging information without any verification from State filings or FINRA. Could make you an affiliate to fraud? Who knows with the laws now.
If you look at who signed the document.. thats not the CEO or any affiliated name to the company.
Hope you can learn from this mistake and be more diligent in the future. GLGL
