“I have so lost faith in you over the last 2 years.”

You once had faith? LOL.

And the value of any assets here is highly questionable.

Just sayin’

Let's see where it goes. Those who capitalized on trips should enjoy and rest must exercise with patience and wait for their luck. Don't forget its OTC

Clueless. This will go down in price. It is active dilution. There is not a future here.

Yes, it certainly was hugely life-changing for many! I too was sick after it hit its first dollar! And thought it can’t possibly go higher can it??….LMAO! Oh well.. we all know the answer to that!

I will not complain. I have been blessed!
Not only pennies.

Let the lightning strike twice!!

You don't need to make anything up. the asset is inventory - something HMBL can and will sell for a profit.

The balance sheet was cleaned up. The buying companies deposited $85 million in assets. HMBL was given an asset of magnesium silicate instead of cash. Why?

The answer is easy. A stock's price is 60% based on balance sheet - do they own assets? Do they have debt? Are the assets greater than the debt? If there is no debt, then the value of the stock is purely based on it's assets and potential increase in assets (mostly cash - profits). Bottom line is, the value of the company is in what the value of what it owns minus what it owes - plus or minus opportunities for increase.

30% of the stock price is income statement. Companies either make or lose money. Those who make money increase their balance sheet by adding cash to their assets as a minimum. Does the company have a net profit? Can they pay their bills? If they can't, then the company is in danger of diluting their value until the company becomes worthless.

Based on those 2 issues alone, HMBL was able to to clean up their balance sheet very well. How does the new company create revenue? Enough revenue to have a net profit? How about throwing in a $20mil asset that is inventory. They likely had a buyer for their Magnesium Silicate before the transfer of the asset to HMBL. Based on regular margins, that $20mil worth of Magnesium Silicate, they could sell it for $35mil.

Think about an income statement - $35mil in revenue. $2mil in cost of goods sold. $3mil in G&A expenses... bottom line is that HMBL now has $30mil net profit in one quarter. Their balance sheet increases, but it also suggests that the future income will continue to improve the balance sheet. What does that do to the share price? Puts us at .10 immediately. If they can show that this is more than a one time improvement, the value of the stock continues to rise.

I made some similar mistakes with TSNP. Won't risk that happening again with HMBL. HMBL has a lot more going for it that TSNP IMO.

You may have missed this>>>

Ah... and your $20mil in fertilizer... They did that because they already had a seller lined up. They will sell it for roughly $35mil and that way they already cleaned up the balance sheet... this will blow out the income statement. Very smart.

You must like something here you spent 4 days posting.

Were you able to take advantage of the over a 1000% gains or you just showing up now.

And I am basically one of the most patient Traders on ihub!!! Needless to say I didn't look or stopped looking because I was sick to my stomach....

It was great for many traders though life-changing for many I mean life-changing as in retired bought homes for their children paid for their college education it was fantastic.

I held TSNP from 2012 (.0001) and sold during the epic run. I was like, finally! Obviously did not sell at the top but I was pleasantly surprised to happen to look weeks after the start of the run. Didn’t even know it was moving, but came back from vacation and couldn’t believe my eyes! Those millions of shares that I thought were worthless have just made me Bank.

I stayed away until October 2023 and decided to jump back in to HMBL. I will definitely wait this one out! Absolutely no worries here!

Depends on your POV. The epic fall from $6 range and right back to trips is something that people don’t forget. People also won’t forget the epic run by tsnp. Hence the big following, and hope of a repeat

You mean from trips to this ain’t good? Because this is not bad, I’ll tell you a stock that’s absolute garbage look at CGaC they can’t even put releases out on time, I left, yes they have a smaller share structure, but they are just not transparent enough, even good pr’s are falling on deaf ears. They can’t get out of the trips, even with the new people having something to do with crypto.
These Negative Nancy’s need to realize something, these incoming entities coming in HMBL have to unscrew everything the idea from India messed up. They added a ton of shares during there 3-4 year run, that stuff takes time, they accumulated a ton of debt, takes time to clear that. Once they do, and they give us a clear way to reduce the share structure that doesn’t involve an RS, this will fly.

Also, Foote and the powers that be know that 30B o/s is not sustainable, and many including myself are concerned about the dreaded r/s. If they were to announce that a r/s will not take place in the next 6mos, or of course the best scenario of retiring shares, this would immediately pop to 005. But I’m still a big skeptic on hmbl 2.0.

Nothing finer than thinking you are the smartest person in the room... until you learn that you aren't even close. Yep, 328,000% increase last time. As for 30 billion, nope. Even if it was, think about it ten... if you owned a stock with a market cap of say... $30mil, but had assets of $85mil, would the stock be undervalued or overvalued???? I have so lost faith in you over the last 2 years. Here is your time to bring back some faith. over or under? And for bonus points... why?

Ah... and your $20mil in fertilizer... They did that because they already had a seller lined up. They will sell it for roughly $35mil and that way they already cleaned up the balance sheet... this will blow out the income statement. Very smart.

You can short sub pennies. Sykes shorts pennies. There have been a barrage of negative posters all saying the exact same things 5 times over the last week. By coincidence, the sellers of this stock skyrocketed while these posters started here. Every time. What quacks like a duck....

I am also a realist, I posted charts on Friday showing that the daily candle on Friday started and ended above the bollinger band. I also told everyone here that this, combined with volume is a recipe for a down day. This morning I specifically warned people to watch the volume. That was my way to hint that today will be a down day if the volume drops. So volume was 1.7 billion. Not low by any stretch. I knew that this might be confusing, so I posted that when looking at volume, look at number of shares as well as... number of trades. The stock was at .0003 - there are a ton of people that own 10s of millions of shares... I own hundreds of millions. We are the problem. If I were to get out quickly, I would hurt the stock for the day, and the next day, and likely the next. But if you watch chalken money flow, it will help show that there were times when money was flowing in, and out.

Imagine someone like a Sykes with 300 people who bought a run up and then sold, followed by a shorting... now compound that with people who watch the stock drop and dump their 80mil shares. Here we are.
