ExpertMarket is effectively delisted, as those in the US cannot trade/buy stock. It is heavily restricted with almost zero volume. Entity status been revoked on nvsos for a while... next up is permanent revocation.
This Chinese pig scam was always a scam, along with the fake videos/posts etc and was only used for money laundering.

There are plenty of Chinese companies trading in the US market. Many of them actively trade and are risky due to numerous reasons and basically junk in my opinion.

Not sure what you mean by 'completely'. For all practical purposes, the scam is done and this is dead. Nothing from the 'company' since Aug 2023 when they filed their last report. NVSOS lists the entity as in Default, and their registered agent just resigned.

The stock is still on the Expert Market so it could always be a Chinese zombie and get traded for some reason. Just another in the many many China scams of the OTC.

Its ExpertMarket... weird things happen occasionally when somebody is dumping their shares (perhaps for tax loss writeoff) and somebody in another country buys for a couple dollars.

Doesn't really matter since can't buy in US anyway. This is dead China garbage from what is likely a failed money laundering scheme when China cracked down on this stuff several years ago.

I think your anger is misguided .. perhaps you should be "making fun" of the folks at EGOC that apparently did not follow through with their stated goals over the last couple of years. They were the ones that put out press releases along with other articles and videos.... I guess it's far easier to blame some one else for what EGOC failed to accomplish. I know it's far easier for you to blame any folks that compiled videos and articles from EGOC/Pangbo Group that were out there floating around on the internet or blame people for their theories and opinions about EGOC etc.. Shame shame Jmhgolf. shame shame. Maybe you should contact the folks at EGOC and rag on them for a while.. They are the ones that have failed to live up to their own press releases etc.. heck it may help you to vent on them and it may also spark some kind of a response from them at the same time. I would support those kinds of efforts from you but your misguided attacks here are just a little bit disgusting in my opinion. Just saying.

Most of these end up like this. Others just sell and RS and repeat. You need to get lucky. It’s what it is.

Does that mean that you have sold your shares of EGOC for a loss? or are you just once again basing your "lost" money on your assumptions that EGOC is done and over with forever more and you will never get back your money? If you sold at the bottom then I am sure you lost money.... You don't lose money until you sell and sell for a loss. Just saying! Sorry netmoney1999 but in all of the excitement here I forgot to respond to your post.. better late than never as they say. When I was talking about the "Turning Point" I was talking about the entire OTC market and not specific to EGOC. Although I can see where that covid thingy may have contributed also.. Here is what I said in my post:

"Looking back I think the turning point for the OTC market in general was just after the covid thingy.. In my view I think that covid thingy really messed up a lot of businesses and especially new startups ."

That said you may also have a valid point in that maybe the Chinese authorities did a crack down on reverse mergers or companies breaking into the US markets . I certainly would not rule that out as a "possible reason" why EGOC went silent. I would love to see EGOC claw their way back and update the backlog of filings etc. Perhaps they didn't have any income to report and just figured why bother meeting the deadlines when they had no income... Maybe they figured that as soon as they can deliver the goods with a productive company with earnings etc they would then get everything up to date and current.. If they had no income to report it is my guess they would have been booted down to the expert market until such time that they could produce solid incomes. Those pesky new rules would have kicked in and the same temporary results of being thrown to the expert market would have happened with or without the filings..I personally believe that they had no solid revenues yet and decided not to waste the time and money filing when the outcome was going to be pretty much the same at least for a period of time until they squared away a solid business model with solid earnings!! Who knows? The shadow knows!! lol

At any rate I had meant to reply to your post but with all of the funk going on here on the EGOC ihub board it got bumped to the back of the line so to speak. Any thoughts on my theory concerning them maybe holding off until such time that they have real solid income with a solid business going forward? I will check back this coming week when I have more time!
