No IMO RONN is most likely like a paid office manager like a sub contractor.

The headline says they signed a deal of a $355 million project.
It doesn’t say HES / RONN has the $355 contract.
That is not a huge industrial project by todays standards when including the infrastructure costs and skilled labor costs
A medium size industrial lab in the mid 1990’s was averaging $500 million

This is the part in the news IMO RONN is probably got as maybe $100k in his JV in my speculative opinion

I seriously doubt from my work building labs and industrial projects in the 1980’s and 1990’s
It’s highly unlikely the project management managing contracts and overseeing that the host client company would have the project designer / engineer also do their own oversight without the normal 2nd party check and balances as supervision managers
