The news is put out explicitly to serve the dilution interest. Nothing is real and for the benefit of retail. 

Good news hasn't been stopping the steady share dilution, it's only going to get worse until all the conversion debt is paid off, this is a scam now.

Greetings to my fellow posters who have an interest in RONN, I feel the need to communicate with you though I don’t know exactly what I want to say, So here goes…I’ve never owned a micropenny stock before and now I have over 4M shares. When I look at other stocks, the potential for gains is so small that it’s not even worth getting started. Ronn was the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I have depleted my day trading funds and now I will have to be an observer. I have learned a lot and enjoyed reading your posts. I will continue to hope for the best as long as the company exists. There’s no point in selling my shares. I wish all of you the very best in all your future endeavors!

The only reason RONN submitted a quarterly report is that OTCMarkets downgraded the company because they weren't issuing them regularly. This isn't RONN attempting to do the right thing, they just want their pink sheet status back so they can get people not on the hook to pay off Chad, to, well, pay off Chad so they don't have to.

Chad does not want this turkey hitting the grey sheets before he gets his money back.

Chad Curtis at World Market Ventures sucked all the liquidity out if this company, he has hundreds of millions of shares covertible at .0001, I think we got scammed!

The quarterly report was released very quietly yesterday afternoon. The Tobique money is not in it and Chad Curtis owns this company, he has hundreds of millions of shares convertible at .0001. If Ronn Ford doesn't step in and buy up some shares with his own cash or the Tobique don't come through, we're toast! Change the ticker to $CHAD$ at this point, him and CFO John Morgan killed this company. John Morgan and C.G. Ryche (CMO) own a combined 12.2 million shares which is pathetic and shows no confidence in the company! This is borderline fraud now!!!

John Morgan or Ronn Ford need to explain the ridiculous share dilution that has taken place since May, there are REAL investors out there interested in investing in hydrogen technologies and this company but the officers of this company remain painfully silent.

RONN needs to address the massive share dilution before I ever increase my investment in this company but I did find something interesting about the Tobique. Why would the Tobique, with a population of less than 2,000 residents, need to hire a full time "Energy Communication Coordinator"? A read of the job's "Responsibilities" is highly intriguing...

This is only the first half of the original conversion loans that matured last May. Those new ones that mature basically each month of 2025 are just gross! This is a piggy bank for World Market Vultures. May as well just change the ticker to $CHAD.

well I have to to say on 8/20/2024 O/S were 1,174,787,746 and now as of 11/18/2024 is at 2,281,787,746. that is only 3 months an increase of 1,107,000,000 bil. also I e-mailed ROUSH technologies hydrogen dept and e-mailed back they don't know of doing business with a ronn Ford.?? BUT WHO KNOWS maybe RONN used some other NAME for some reason.??

Let's not laugh. It appears I was wrong about S-M as I thought he was an insider pumping this one. He'll learn this lesson and move on. No one needs an I told you so when they're down. My lesson was WorldCom. I was bottom fishing that dog for months just trying to get even as it became clear Bernie was a criminal. That one was an NYSE crime in the billions so they put him in prison for over a decade. Sarbanes–Oxley was passed based on his crimes and Enron. I learned not to trust anyone or anything other than the numbers and the technical indicators. Lesson learned. It takes more work but it's helped me be reasonably successful.
