My strategy now is to sell all AFFU at its short to intermediate highest no later than 1/1/26, and proly sooner, then secure the funds in Tbills, as stock buying and selling will wain significantly and the most safe approach is to take what profit you can to form a personal "go fly a kite" money account, imo.

but all it would take is a fairly rudimentary AI program running in the background to identify and highlight potential scammers. Once flagged, the SEC could utilize more advanced AI to detect and weed out con artists by targeting incongruous statements, potentially years before a company files for Chapter 11. While writing the code might take some time, the benefits would be substantial. Saving pink sheet investors from being bilked out of millions of dollars annually sounds like a plausible and impactful SEC project.

This would serve as a significant deterrent for dishonest CEOs who prey on investors instead of working in their best interests. By making the pink sheet market more reputable and less fraudulent, the SEC could also reduce unnecessary research for the FDA and bring about considerable efficiency improvements and cost savings for the economy.

Not at this level SEC just drives past our stocks as if they are the only two white people in a car in Watts California in 1965.

More importantly there was this last paragraph that was lost in all of this... all of the announcement of 3 LOI companys, the Contrivian PR and its joining the company... this little forgotten paragraph.

That is my point. How are they going to get 3-4 mergers under their belt when they can’t even get AFFU right.

Rich what she told me was why they could not get things fixed on the OTC, Control of the OTC is still in the hands of Jim, its up to Jim to release control of the OTC so that the management of Durham can do the updates, post the PRs and change the company profile information. The OTC has absouletly nothing to do with change in ownership of the company... the OTC hang up is just about how it does things so that Durham has control over the OTC site.

This is the AI definition of a Transformitive Merger, which is what the PR above says was what the merger between Affluence and Durham is... note in the PR there is no mention what any of this cost or how it was paid.

So the company doing the acquiring stated that the company being acquired was completed in the first PR so there is no more to be done on that matter... there is NO money owed anyone...these is only the OTC waiting on Jim to pass the control from him to them so they can update the OTC site. As for Jim he is the same guy that let Affluence go to Yield in 2023 because he was late in getting figures to the TA so they could update something...and he is the same guy that said twice when the Financial were filed that the reason they went to Yield was because they uploaded them with the wrong format... same error two times in a row. This is just becoming a shit show with excuse after excuese as to why nothing can get done.

I belive the $12MM is based on a capital raise. Not values of acquisitions.

Definitely in his* better interests to keep pressure down on PPS until he has them all put together in my interpretation. He wants to pay as little as possible. We're way below intrinsic value though and he can just put it down to summer doldrums. Plug any value for AFFU and this news starved pink will look almost normal. At this point we could be simply waiting for fall volume to pick up again and it'd be quasi-justifiable. He hasn't thrown a bone to shareholders news wise at all. There's something missing, something unseen to retail going on, damned if I know what it is though. Something's keeping AFFU and Durham Black apart. Could be the Spain siesta for all I can piece together. Patience, Patrick will put Humpty Dumpty together again. Could be some innocuous technicality still, seen that before.
