IDVV announces OTC Markets Tier Upgrade as Part of
Planned Company Restructure

received Pink Current Status from OTC Markets as part of the
company's corporate restructure with KUBBY Cryogenics, Inc.,
subsidiary partner of IEC, and biomedical cannabis research and
development firm.
