the company's
Board of directors. Read most recently served as
president of Voltage River, a boutique energy services
company providing energy management solutions to businesses and home owners in
California.

Andrew has been involved in the
clean energy industry since 2003 and founded Voltage River in 2011.
Andrew has designed and built hundreds of solar electric and

solar electric and advanced energy storage systems. Andrew brings
considerable knowledge focusing on applying his skills to help
growers develop a means of cutting energy costs and expand
opportunities for off the grid growing facilities for the cannabis
industry.
