Please note that Innerscope’s contacts violate the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct as well as the American Bar Association’s well-established rules preventing attorney communications (or communications from an organization’s agent whose acts may be imputed to the organization- such as settlement discussions) with represented parties regarding the subject matter of pending or potential litigation. This rule is amplified in FLSA cases, where District Courts exercise control over communications with potential plaintiffs. Please note that any settlement agreement of FLSA claims requires approval by a District Court or the Secretary of Labor, so any private settlement of any FLSA claims would be invalid.

I’ll be out of town next week, but a motion for sanctions and emergency injunctive relief (to prevent future violations of the Rules) is at the top of my to-do list upon my return. I do not anticipate that Judge Story will look kindly at Innerscope’s attempts to circumvent counsel, the Court, and the Rules. This is Law School 101 kind of stuff- you don’t talk to a represented party, or allow your corporate client or their agents to talk to a represented party, about pending or potential litigation without the opposing lawyer’s consent.

BS PR is put out about how the newly RS'd Company is poised to take off.
Then the pps fall really begins--but it can easily take 6-12 months to really crash back down
As interest drys up posts on the board dwindle
The DUMPING ALWAYS starts right back up with BILLIONS OF NEW AND FREE SHARES.
It's eventually DUMPED down to trips 1 with billions of shares dumped
Within 2-3 years ANOTHER RS is performed
Rinse and Repeat
