L'Oreal to Set Up Share Buyback Program Worth EUR500 Million in 2Q

L'Oreal SA (OR.FR) will launch a share buyback for a maximum of
500 million euros ($618.1 million) during the second quarter, its
board of directors decided at the company's annual general meeting
on Tuesday.
The company plans to cancel all bought back shares, L'Oreal
said.
