Japanese Government Official and Farmland Owner Visit Man Shing Facilities

Man Shing Agricultural Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: MSAH) ("Man Shing"
the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based in the Shandong
Province and one of the largest Chinese exporters of fresh ginger
to Japan, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, today announced
the visit of a Japanese Government Official and a farmland owner
from the town of Yinayityou within the Shimane County of Japan to
Man Shing's facilities on April 13, 2011.
In December 2010, Man Shing signed an agreement with Mr. Nagada
Koumonn to lease 70,186 square meters of farmland in the town of
Yinayityou within the Shimane County of Japan. This property was
unaffected and approximately 1,500 kilometers away from where the
recent natural disaster occurred. Recently, Mr. Koumonn and a
Japanese Government Official visited Man Shing's facilities to
discuss the planting and management of the newly leased farmland
this upcoming season and exchange information on planting
techniques.
