OriginOil (OOIL) receives two orders
for Algae Appliances
The US DOE, Idaho National Labs, has ordered two test scale
energy appliance units. One is a Model 4 algae dewatering system
that will treat four liters of liquids per minute that will be
tested for its ability to produce formulated feedstocks from
biomass. This unit is similar to the one currently being
installed in the La Defense complex near Paris, France.
The second unit, a Solids Out of Solution (SOS) Model 2K, can
process first-stage cleaning of up to 2,000 gallons of frac
flowback water a day.
These units will incorporated into process demonstration units that
can be used by industry and researchers to validate various
applications.
