To anyone willing to answer this. My question is, how can this company reinstate operations? The former CEO Adam Barret was jailed and the company was money laundered. Is there a miraculous solution for any foreseeable revenue?

EVs already going out of style, so oil is going to make a huge comeback! And as we all know, OOAG might just be the best oil company on the planet!

Why does this stock keep trading? Can anyone out there provide a sensible answer? Barnett is in jail forever. Yet there seems to be an interest in this stock? Possible takeover by a new CEO maybe?

Well that being said , how is it Barnett can have any more control of this OTC. Being in prison, how can he control this. What does the law do about such matters?

Yes, it did have a few wells years ago, but those are long gone. Barnett holds a majority of hte voting shares and may still be in jail from the solicitation charge he got convited on a few years ago, plus lost most of his money in a failed real estate market.

I have another question if anyone wants to answer. Did OMDA Oil ever own any oil wells or potential drill sites? I ask this because of our current dependency on foreign oil imports.

"Yes", is the only answer to that question. It's not likely to happen anytime soon, but could eventually happen. Possibly years down the road.

This maybe a stupid question but if anyone is willing to reply. Is there any chance or miracle this shell could be resurrected into a viable company?

No idea! Ex CEO is most likely still in jail for murder for hire plot.

I think OTC will probably just delete it pretty soon. May be useful as a shell for somebody.

Adam Barnett was the CEO. He most likely is still sitting in jail for a murder for hire plot. Lots of scamming going on when he was CEO. I don't have a subscription to these publications but I am sure you can find the stories somewhere. Many lost money. Have no idea what someone is doing with the shell.

well well. What just happened to the share price. None existent. Is someone or some people going to prison? Like I posted sometime ago, the SEC has tagged this OTC as a fraud and people selling it are criminals. What fate awaits for the remaining shareholders. Anyone dare mention what the remedy will be?

It's getting worse..one share sold and purchased....

100 shares purchase and sale...that does not even pay the commissions....who is interested in selling 100 shares...this is a penny stock and it should be purchased and sold by thousand or millions of shares....

Look at sister company BDGR 40 billions shares and going up....40 billion shares that is about 250 times OMDA and the price per share at the moment is more or less the same...

Hello to all. What caused the share price to cap at .007 a year ago. Was someone trying to get control of the company? does this company have an assets at all?

Big volume today. Volume precedes price? Is that how it goes?

Did the SEC ever investigate this company? what was the nature of this scam and who is operating it?

Maybe it's the 470% spread holding it down. It couldn't have anything to do with the CEO being in prison or a long history of being a scam.

The company is so amazing, I'm sure it's just everyone wanting to hold on to their precious shares. Even the MMs.
Or it could be naked shorties or MM manipulation. Maybe it will go TO DA MOOON if everyone holds their shares and don't get faked out by tree shaking. Or maybe it will just cease trading altogether.
Either way, the company must be amazing.
