ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.,
Dec 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- O2
Secure Wireless, Inc. (OTC PINK: OTOW), is pleased to announce it
is finally near completion in the company's first major milestone
for its shareholders. The closing of the acquisition of
Technologies Argus First de Mexico
catapults O2 Secure Wireless Inc. into a new competitive arena of
wireless technologies.
"Working side by side with Val
Kazia and his company O2 Secure Wireless Inc. has been very
exciting for our group knowing our company we have worked so hard
to grow will now be public," said Luis
Galvis president of Technologies Argus First de Mexico S.A
de C.V. "We will continue to grow at an exponential rate with this
new partnership." Luis Galvis
continues to say.
The immediate plan is to expand the OTOW Network in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). With the acquisition of
Technologies Argus First de Mexico, O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. puts its
footprint in the fastest growing telecommunications region. With
Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) being a region that includes
some of the world's most important emerging markets, 2014 telecom
service spending is forecasted to end the year at $201 billion.
"As I have previously stated, with the future 20 million dollars in revenue coming to company

year on the horizon, we look for new beginnings." said the CEO of
O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. Val
Kazia.
Like the rest of the world, LAC is turning increasingly towards
mobile solutions and away from the traditional telephone. In fact,
the region is well ahead of the world average, having reached an
estimated 115% mobile penetration at end-2013 against a global rate
of around 96%. The mobile penetration rate of LAC is
projected to reach 126 percent in 2015 and the number of mobile
connections is projected to amount to 781 million in 2015 (re;
Statistica). By the end of 2014, there will be almost 1
billion Internet users coming from LAC, and that the number of
telecommunications and mobile-broadband subscriptions will reach
2.3 billion globally. Fifty-five per cent of these subscriptions
are expected to be in the developing world and LAC. This
corresponds to an Internet-user penetration of 40% globally, 78% in
developed countries with over 50% of this in LAC and 32% in
developing countries. More than 90% of the people who are not yet
using the Internet are from the developing world. In the Americas,
close to two out of three people will be using the Internet by end
2014, the second highest penetration rate after Europe. (2014 ICT statistics).
