San Diego Private Bank Announces Ticker Symbol Change to "SDPB"

San Diego Private Bank, formerly Coronado First Bank (OTCQB: NADO)
(the "Company"), announces that effective today, April 4, 2013, the
Company's ticker symbol will change to "SDPB" (OTCQB: SDPB).
On April 2, 2013, Coronado First Bank merged with San Diego
Private Bank, and the name of the surviving entity was changed to
San Diego Private Bank.
In conjunction with the merger the Company applied for a new
ticker symbol to reflect the change in names. Effective April 4,
2013, the Company's common stock, which is currently traded under
the ticker symbol "NADO," will begin trading under the new ticker
symbol "SDPB."
Outstanding stock certificates representing shares of "NADO"
common stock will not be affected by the ticker symbol change and
will not need to be exchanged.
