--Volkswagen is considering a potential stock-exchange listing of its subsidiary Porsche in the medium-term, German business publication Manager Magazin reports, citing unnamed sources.

--A maximum of 25% of shares would be placed, with the potential value of such a share package roughly calculated at between EUR20 billion to EUR25 billion, reports Manager Magazin.

--A spokesman for Volkswagen declined to comment to Dow Jones Newswires.
