Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers: Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 17, 2015, the Company received written notice from Mr. Garrett Boone, a director of the Company and member of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee, notifying the Company that he was tendering his resignation as a director to pursue other interests. Mr. Boone’s resignation is effective as of August 24, 2015.
