Playtech LTD trades on the London exchange as PTEC or PTEC.LS.

There are two ADRs available in the U.S. - PYTCF & PYTCY.

The company appears to have strong buy sentiment from analysts.

I have already received a response from IR.

These both appear to be unsponsored ADRs and so not connected to Playtech but managed by banks such as Citigroup. Playtech is quoted on the London Stock Exchange in sterling under the ticker PTEC.

I contacted IR today about the 2 tickers. Here is the text of the e-mail:

It appears that Playtech currently has two seperate stock tickers active in the U.S. These are PYTCY & PYTCF. I am interested in promoting Playtech on Investors Hub however I am unwilling to confuse investors concerning the two apparent tickers. Can you provide me with some information about the correct ticker to use?

It looks like PYTCY is the ticker for the gaming company. I am against a stone wall for PYTCF.

I found the source of some of my confusion. There are 2 tickers for Playtech Limited - PYTCF & PYTCY. OTCMarkets responds to both.

I checked on Scottrade - there is a listing for both!

From what I recall it has a market cap of close to 1B. That would place it close to the top 10 in size. My main issue is that if a company that large is going to be listed in the U.S. it should do a better job of reporting to shareholders in the U.S.

To me it just raises some red flags.

This particular one looks like it is from Eastern Europe. I would need to find out a lot more to determine if it is legitimate.
