Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 11, 2019, Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share
on July 10, 2019. The dividend is payable on August 5, 2019 to shareholders of record as of July 22, 2019.
For additional information, reference is made to the Company's press release dated July 11, 2019, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by
