6/15/2010 - VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The 576th Flight Test Squadron will launch its first unarmed Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile here since the squadron was gained by Air Force Global Strike Command. The launch will take place June 16 between 3:01 a.m. and 9:01 a.m.

The MMIII test launch, configured with a joint test assembly, will determine the weapon system's reliability and accuracy. The missile's single unarmed re-entry vehicle is expected to travel approximately 4,190 miles, hitting a pre-determined target near the Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.

"Our team is dedicated to ensuring a safe and effective combat-ready ICBM force that convinces potential adversaries of our unwavering commitment to defend our nation, its allies and friends," said Col. Carl DeKemper, the 576th FLTS commander. "Our dedication to this mission continues as proud members of Air Force Global Strike Command."

The ICBM community, including the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy, will use the data collected from this mission for continuing force development evaluation.

Col. Steven Winters, 30th Space Wing vice commander, is the Launch Decision Authority.

I have looked into the description of the Company. Patrick Lochrie must have been a deal guy in the past. He has some warrants according to company information posted at pinksheets site. There is no further mention of him at all. David Otto appears to be nothing more than a corporate attorney for public companies with offices in Seattle. SEC filings list him as the attorney for dozens of public companies. He was the attorney for this company when it was Reality Networks. Steve Careaga seems to have been found guilty of embezzling from a 9/11 fireman's fund he founded ad collected donations from. He doesn't appear in any current information related to the company. Seems like who ever wrote this description was living an espionage fantasy.

I've owned this stock for 4 years now! just waiting now..Not much hope now..........:)

In case you didn't know, I found all recent information at the pink sheets website. A lot of work went into the filing and there is a notable transfer agent and attorney listed in the filing. You should look there and share your comments. And last, what exactly are you waiting for?

Am I beating a dead horse here? I re-read company description obviously posted by a disgruntled former employee or shareholder- is there somewhere to get a real description? The author of the description should write a follow on series to the Bourne Identity i think, lol.

I thought the name of this company was Saudi American Holdings - or something similar. My father, born in Egypt, heard about this company from a grammar school buddy last week. But having read the description its seems like adolescents have taken over the Board. Is there any reason I should be interested in this thing?
Is the Prince on the Board high level or the a son of a son of a son? Is the airplane related group legitimate? Is anyone going to read this posting? All good questions I think.
