Yes, unfortunately a while back at a higher price when it jumped up. It has a small float so it can move quick, but not sure if anything will come of this.

That's not good. If the company's been abandoned by management, which seems possible, there may not be a new TA. If there were, the old TA would know who it is, because they'd have sent him their records.

If you're in the mood for making phone calls, you could try FINRA Operations at 866 776-0800, and tell them what the old TA told you. Maybe they'll look into it, but don't hold your breath.

I see the entity voluntarily dissolved in 2013, however in 2018 another was created under the exact same name. Both are currently inactive and it would seem David Weinstein is the man in charge.

DO you have any idea how I might find his email address, or a way to make contact?

Odd buying today.. Not big money but percentage wise good for bag holders

But last spring this thing went from .01 to $.15 in two months time. I believe the 6.4 million share float must be accurate this can move big on low volume.

Have no clue, but I liked it. What’s weird is there were 7 and 8 million share bids and according to OTC updated March 20 there are only 6.4 million shares outstanding. So probably some OTC tomfoolery

Took a starter here. I made money on this one in the past. It was reinstated some months back in Florida SOS.

Yes, I thought of that after I wrote my last post. I'm not sure if that makes it better or worse.

But here's a thought: One or more of the perps has been paying the Florida SOS for the various filings it's made for Simclar and other companies. Unless they're using Western Union or something similar, it should be possible to trace them.

My question: Suddenly out of the blue today about 10 minutes before close buys started flooding in... why ? This has been quiet for a while. Would appear like something is about to happen.

As of now SIMC is still a dissolved Florida entity which was voluntarily dissolved by the last owners of the shell. So technically nobody is running this shell.

Unless somebody files a custodianship petition with the Florida courts to be assigned as the receiver for the shell or approaches the old owners and buys their control stock then pays the back taxes to have the dissolved entity revived, nobody is running this abandoned shell.

I agree. But who controls the company now? Is Weinstein back in charge? Needless to say, it doesn't help that the company is no longer an SEC registrant, and hasn't ever made any disclosure at OTC Markets.

It was a perfect choice for a scam like this one.

The letter from Weinstein was added later. You can see on the letter it was notorized on June 12, 2018 - the day it was created.

Why they attached it to the articles of incorporation I'm not sure.

They probably should have made it a new filing with a nice catchy title warning people that it is a fraudulent entity.

That's bizarre. Though these days, not exactly surprising. How did a letter that was evidently sent after 8 June end up attached to a document filed on 19 April?

Turns out the new Simclar Inc created in Florida was another fraudulent filing

Then somebody came along on April 17, 2018 and created a new entity by the same name (ala TRSI, SWVI, and SMEV)

Like with TRSI, SWVI, and SMEV they used the old company address as part of their fraud.

Love seeing someone painting the tape red or down 25% when it was up 25% going into the close. Somebody doesnt want this to breakout before they presumably buy all they want. at least 2 days in a row this person/group has done this in the final 30 seconds.
