I doubt they went through the trouble of acquiring a shell. Changing the Nevada SOS information, changing the Name with Finra. Just to then not do anything. So I'm hopeful we see something in the next month or so.

Can someone educate me on PEIW. I purchasesd about 8K of stock directly from the CEO approx. 6 years ago. I have the stock certificate with the restrictions removed. TD Ameritrade and Edward Jones will not let me deposit into my accounts. Phone number for company, no one ever returns calls. I see that it is now Sante. What does this mean. I know Lazzar guy got into it while back. Thank you in advance.

As you know.... the DD is important

have seen so many times... a Merger discovery

price spike.... then price comes back down &

then upon discovery a new higher spike based

on the new “juicy” dd.... this has happened w/

many other lazar tickers.... although we have

also learned, shareholders are at the mercy of

the new owners.... & we have seen new owners

make pretty dopey decisions
