AJ Greentech Holdings and Taiwan Solar Energy Co., Ltd. Will Jointly Build 150 US Solar Farms to Generate and Promote Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Agriculture in the United States

NEW YORK, NY and TAICHUNG, TAIWAN--(Marketwired - May 6, 2014) -  AJ Greentech Holdings, Ltd. (OTCQB: AJGH), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of green energy, announced today that it has reached an agreement with Taiwan Solar Energy Co., Ltd., an industry leader in the field of Global Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Agriculture in Taiwan.

Under the agreement, AJ Greentech and Taiwan Solar Energy will jointly build 150 US solar farms in the state of New York. Both parties agree to encourage and promote cooperation in the field of IPP (independent power producer) projects for solar power generation. Also in joint cooperation of project development: EPC (engineer, procure, construct), O&M (operation and maintain), consults offering, exchanging related information and expertise. Both parties agree that this joint venture is in the best interest of their respective companies, the field of renewable science and the world.
