Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 20, 2023, Matthew Hidalgo resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Vision Energy Corporation (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Hidalgo’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to how the Company has operated, its policies or its practices, including its controls or financial related matters.

 

On July 20, 2023, Michael Doyle resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Doyle’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to how the Company has operated, its policies or its practices, including its controls or financial related matters.
