So in July they increased the Authorized shares from 200 Million up to 2 Billion.
And increased the Outstanding shares from 17.5 Million up to 1.1 Billion? No Reverses or anything either.

This company has potential. But it feels like the PPS is being jerked around with no logic behind it. Got it...low volume. Guess we need new projects announced.

No, but I suspect the majority today was from one buyer. Which makes it an even better hold until more information can be provided.

If you check historical approx. 5 days with extreme disparate volume since 2/07.

My experience has been that with current standings as they are now for WBRE. This could be quite an event unfolding, but it could be weeks if not months.

Someone is tapping this very hard lately.

Yes, but it's been that way for a while now. I'm not going to anticipate a strong move anytime soon.

I just think it's a good hold because of how it's traded lately and few around here are on this one. Thus more likely action from those who know more than we do.
