Coventry Building Society announces the publication of the Supplemental Offering Circulars dated 3 October 2023 has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing relating to:

-- the Offering Circular dated 20 January 2023 and as supplemented on 3 March 2023 relating to the EUR7,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Coventry Building Society unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Coventry Building Society Covered Bonds LLP.

-- the Offering Circular dated 20 January 2023 and as supplemented on 3 March 2023 relating to the EUR10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme of Coventry Building Society unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Coventry Godiva Covered Bonds LLP; and
