On 31 March 2023, One Housing Group Limited (a community benefit

Registered Provider with the Social Housing Regulator with
registered number LH0171 - "One") and TPHA Limited (a community
benefit society with registered number 23381R and registered as a
Registered Provider with the Social Housing Regulator with
registered number SL3442 - "TPHA") transferred their engagements to
The Riverside Group Limited (a community benefit society with
registered number 30938R and registered as a Registered Provider
with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4552 -
"Riverside" the parent of One and the indirect parent of TPHA)
pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit
Societies Act 2014.
