AMENDMENT OF FINAL TERMS
Following publication on 24 February 2025 of
the base prospectus supplement to the base prospectus dated 14 June
2024 relating to the issuance of Preference Share-Linked Notes
under the Programme for the Issuance of Notes and Warrants and the
supplement thereto dated 1 August 2024, the final terms for the
Notes listed below (together the "Final Terms") have been
amended to update information on the issuer, the key
financial information regarding the issuer and the key risks that
are specific to the issuer in the issue specific
summary:
