Announcement of transfer of engagements

The Board of Clarion Housing Group Limited announces that it has successfully concluded the transfer of engagements of Russet Homes Limited to Circle Thirty Three Housing Trust Limited.

As at today, the Guarantors pursuant to (and as defined in) the Security Trust Deed in respect of the GBP385,000,000 7.25 per cent. Fixed Rate Secured Notes due 2038 issued by Circle Anglia Social Housing plc, GBP250,000,000 5.20 per cent. Fixed Rate Secured Notes due 2044 issued by Circle Anglia Social Housing plc and the Clarion Funding plc Secured Euro Medium Term Note Programme established 29 September 2017, are:

This follows the transfer of engagements to Circle Thirty Three Housing Trust Limited of Wherry Housing Association Limited (30 September 2016), Mercian Housing Association Limited (30 September 2016), South Anglia Housing Limited (1 December 2016), Roddons Housing Association Limited (1 February 2017), Mole Valley Housing Association Limited (8 May 2017), Merton Priory Homes Limited (1 June 2017) and Russet Homes Limited (1 November 2017).
