Announcement of Early Redemption of the
Securities
The Issuer today gave notice to holders of the
outstanding Securities of the Issuer that, in accordance with
Condition 7(b) (Issuer's Call
Option) of the Securities, the Issuer has decided to redeem
all of the outstanding Securities on 5 December 2024 (the
"Redemption
Date").
The Issuer shall redeem all outstanding
Securities on the Redemption Date at their principal amount,
together with any accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding)
the Redemption Date (including any accrued but unpaid Deferred
Interest).
Furthermore, the Issuer intends to cancel the
listing of the Securities, which are listed on the Official List of
the Financial Conduct Authority and traded on the Main Market of
the London Stock Exchange plc, following the redemption of the
Securities.
Unless otherwise defined in this Announcement,
terms used in this Announcement have the meanings given to them in
the Terms and Conditions of the Securities.
