Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited (the "Company") announces updates regarding certain financial and non-financial data to investors of the results of its parent company (Market Bidco Limited) and its ultimate parent company (Market Topco Limited), together with the consolidated results of their subsidiaries.   

The Company has, on 27 February 2024, released the audited Annual Reports and consolidated financial statements of Market Bidco Limited and Market Topco Limited for the 52 weeks ended 29 October 2023, which are available on the National Storage Mechanism.
