                           BOARD CHANGE

It was announced at the time of ALPHA Airports Preliminary Results
on 25 April 1997, that Mr Paul Harrison would be leaving the
service of the Company during the late summer.

Mr Paul Harrison left the Company upon completion of the Board
meeting yesterday.
