The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 19 January 2024 in respect of an issue of
EUR700,000,000 3.625 per cent. Notes due 24 July 2029 (the "2029
Notes")
Final Terms dated 19 January 2024 in respect of an issue of
EUR1,000,000,000 3.875 per cent. Notes due 24 January 2034 (the
"2034 Notes")
Final Terms dated 19 January 2024 in respect of an issue of
GBP500,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 24 January 2054 (the "2054
Notes")
The 2029 Notes, 2034 Notes and the 2054 Notes are each
unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Motability Operations
Limited and are to be issued under the GBP8,500,000,000 Euro Medium
Term Note Programme established by Motability Operations Group
plc.
The Final Terms in respect of the 2029 Notes, the Final Terms in
respect of the 2034 Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the
2054 Notes, respectively, must each be read in conjunction with the
Offering Circular dated 19 December 2023, including all documents
incorporated by reference (together, the "Offering Circular") which
together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of
Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom
domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018,
as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
