Astaire Group Plc (AIM: ASTR) today makes the following announcement in 
accordance with AIM Rule 17 in respect of a change to a director's disclosure 
under schedule 2, paragraph (g). 
 
The Company, in accordance with the AIM Rules, announces that Mr James Noble, 
Chairman of the Company, was a non-executive Director of Axellis Limited until 
17 August 2010. Axellis Limited entered into a creditors' voluntary liquidation 
on 26 July 2010.
