                  Interim Results - Tuesday, 19 September 2006


Atlantic Global plc, the specialist provider of integrated business and resource
management software applications, expects to announce its interim results for
the half year ended 30 June 2006 on Tuesday 19 September 2006.

The results announcement will be followed by an analysts' briefing to be given
by Steve Allen (Non-executive Chairman), Eugene Blaine (Managing Director) and
Rupert Hutton (Finance Director) which will be held at 9.30 am on Tuesday 19
